The draft minutes list action items with an owner and due date wherever these were mentioned in the meeting. You can change the owner to anyone — the owner is a free-text field, so it can be a person who was not in the meeting, a team or an outside party.
Step by step
Open the Action Items tab
Open the meeting's Minutes of Meeting page and choose the Action Items tab.
Set the owner
In Owner, type the person or team responsible.
Set the due date
Choose a Due Date if there is one.
Add missing items
Add an action item for anything the draft missed.
Save
Select Save Draft before you send the minutes.
