Which meeting platforms work with Vaani AI?
The notetaker joins Zoom, Google Meet and Microsoft Teams meetings from their meeting links.

The Vaani AI notetaker currently joins:
- Zoom
- Google Meet
- Microsoft Teams
It joins from the meeting link you paste, as a normal participant, so it works whether or not you are the meeting host. If the meeting has a waiting room or lobby, the host needs to admit it.
Other platforms, such as Cisco Webex and GoTo Meeting, are not supported yet. If you need another platform, contact us — we prioritise based on demand.
