Where is my data stored?
On our servers in Finland (EU) by default, with optional Amazon S3, Cloudflare R2 or Google Drive storage.

By default, recordings, transcripts and documents are stored on our servers in Finland (European Union), operated by Hetzner. Audio and transcripts are sent to our transcription and AI providers in the United States for processing. All traffic uses HTTPS.
Choosing another storage location
Your organisation can choose Amazon S3, Cloudflare R2 or Google Drive from Storage and test the connection before saving.
